Welcome to Interscandi 2026!

Oslo Hash House Harriers welcomes you to Interscandi 2026. OH3 organised the first ever Interscandi in 1991, again in 1997 and for the third time, the midnight sun run in 2009 in Harstad. The 2026 venue (Rønningen folkehøyskole) is comfortable with views over the city of Oslo and is just minutes away from the surrounding forests and lakes where we will have the Saturday runs. On Sunday, you will be transported to central Oslo for the hangover run. This event offers a great opportunity to see the best of Oslo.

The price is NOK 3800 if paid before 30 September, NOK 4100 if paid 1 October to 15 May. This includes:

• 2 night’s accommodation in 1 – 4 berth rooms
• All your drinks (after the pub crawl)
• Food - Friday snack, 2 breakfasts, two lunches, one dinner
• Party and live music Saturday night by our very own Hash band “Wrong Direction”
• Goody bag including t-shirt
• Transport to and from Oslo centre to the venue
• Saturday trails in surrounding forest
• Sunday hangover trail downtown Oslo
• 20 hours daylight and 4 hours of twilight
• Aquavit to cure hangovers
